The Monas Hieroglyphica / Hieroglyphic Monad is an esoteric symbol invented and designed by John Dee -Elizabeth I of England's Magus and Court Astrologer- circa 1564.

The Hieroglyphic embodies Dee's vision of the unity of the Cosmos and is a composite of various esoteric and astrological symbols - the Moon, the Sun, the Elements, as well as Planets - (see last image - by Scolar Cardiff).

▵ D E S C R I P T I O N ▵
This listing is for one Talisman.

- Handmade by me.
- Sterling silver (950) sustainable and ethically recycled in France.
- Crafted upon order.
- The wheel size is approximately: 2.8 x 1cm / 1,1 x 0.4 inchess

Each talisman is sawn, assembled by soldering, hammered then polished ; entirely handmade.
Each one is unique and has its very own shape and character.

- Choose the chain length:
42cm / 16.5 inches, 45cm / 17.7 inches, 50cm / 19.7 inches, or 55cm / 21.7 inches.

- The pendant is also available without chain.

Note: on the version without chain the jumpring will be slightly bigger to allow chains or cords to go through.

La Monas Hieroglyphica / Monade Hiéroglyphique est un symbole ésotérique conçu et illustré par John Dee -Astrologue et Mage de la Cour d'Elizabeth I d'Angleterre- vers 1564.

Le hiéroglyphe incarne la vision de Dee d'une unité du cosmos et est composé de divers symboles ésotériques et astrologiques - la lune, le soleil, les éléments ainsi que des planètes - (voir dernière image - par Scolar Cardiff).

Ce listing est pour un Talisman.

- Réalisé à la main.
- Argent massif (950) écologique, recyclé en France de façon éthique.
- Je crée chaque pièce sur commande.
Le pendentif mesure approximativement : 2.8 x 1cm / 1,1 x 0.4 inches

Chaque talisman est scié, assemblé par soudure, martelé et poli ; le tout entièrement à la main.
Chacun est unique et possède une forme et un caractère qui lui sont propres.

- Le pendentif est également disponible sans chaîne.

A noter: dans la version sans chaîne l'anneau sera légèrement plus grand afin de permettre aux chaînes ou cordons de passer.
